So I guess City is not going to make a January signing for, what, third year in a row?
I guess it's a moot point now. No way gonna win EPL now.

Anybody have an injury update for Laporte and sane? Sounds like Laporte is days away, Sane just started training I think

Laporte was shown eating during last match. His tweet was hilarious. I hear he is back soon. I’d be very surprised if Sane suits up this season. Then I expect him to leave for Bayern Munich this summer. I wish he would stay. He’s one of my favorite players but he was cursed when I bought his long sleeve jersey.

Last I saw Pep said Laporte may be back for the Carabao Cup next week.

Sane supposedly hasn’t begun training with the first team yet. I do think he will play some especially if we are in four competitions still come March.

It’s gonna be a tough watch for the rest of the year being out of the title race so soon. Winning 1-0 today was borderline painful.

Just enjoy the individual game. That’s what I’m doing.
We’re still in four competitions and Pep is going to push the team in the league to stay in shape for UCL and in the unlikely situation that Liverpool actually drops some points.
I wish pep would give Foden and Garcia some significant play time in the league, but idk if we’ll see that as long as everyone is healthy. Maybe a game here and there.

I don't know much about Garcia, but Phil Foden has been the "next coming" for the last three years. If Pep ain't gonna play him, he needs to scream for a transfer. If he's as good as advertised (and from what little I've seen, he is), he will get a very tidy sum to help shore up the back line.

Both Foden and Garcia have looked very good in their appearances this year. Foden should definitely be playing more.

Foden is rumored to take DSilva's place when he bolts after this season. Garcia definitely should've received more burn since we were down so many defensive players. I think he only played in FA Cup action.

He’s got one premier league start and made a couple of league cameos I believe. But yeah, aside from that it’s been all cup games.

We just cannot score. Went from scoring goals for fun to zilch. They are getting good strikes but De Gea is playing his arse off today.
