This will be my first time seeing European Soccer live in person. I'm also considering going over to Chicago for City vs Dortmund on 7/25 as well (this date us not official yet from what I see).
Anyone else up in the Midwest going to join the 110k+ at the Big House?

meh
I hate how they water down these derby matches with friendlies.

It will be interesting to see the squads for summer friendlies with there being a World Cup.

United have officially announced that they're playing Club America in Phoenix and the Earthquakes in Santa Clara to open the tour.

It's an easy drive, so I'll be going...

I went when Liverpool played AC Milan in Charlotte in 2014, also a WC year. It was cool just to see them live but I basically got to see Lucas, Jay Spearing, and maybe Fabio Borini. Yes it was a bit underwhelming

yeah - Ive seen them in Boston, Baltimore and Chicago on preseason tours... To me the best part is all the prematch stuff in the pubs before...
Boston was a really good time in particular... Baltimore was notable for a noon kick-off in late July, after drinking whiskey until late the night before... I though I was going to die
