I get there would be almost no defensive tracking from those six, but those are the guys I love to watch play. That is all I am saying.
Maybe you could pull Pepe up to the cdm role and be a vicious destroyer and ball winner. He looked awesome last year when Mou would plop him in front of the back four.

Isco actually played in a double pivot with Modric against Granada. Did fairly well but looked uncomfortable.
Realistically, it might have worked against shitty teams with di Maria in the squad and one of Modric and Khedira. Probably Khedira since he can cover a shite ton of ground without being a dumbass about it.
ETA: Outside of one game, Real Madrid has been defending with two banks of four. This complicates Ronaldo's involvement out wide.
