So is the Mkhitaryan deal basically done?

I guess we'll know in 72 hours?

Also, more reports that we are favorites to sign Real Madrids Jose Callejón

Okay am I being stupid here or am I missing something?

I thought I saw an advertisement the other day on Fox Soccer announcing a Season 2 of Being: Liverpool ... is this something that is actually happening or was I mistaken?

I'm having a hard time finding info on it, so TIA for anything provided.

Okay I am there with you ... well maybe not to the point of loathing it but it wasn't my favorite.

But still is there a scheduled season 2 for it or was I just seeing things?

I enjoyed it, bit won't be heartbroken if there isn't a season 2. I haven't heard anything about that.

Anything Warrior does in the fashion of our Red Home Kits generally looks okay but everything else just seems to be atrocious.

I really hope no one buys the away or alternate kits so they might get the hint to get their shite together or GTFO.

I mean come what weak arse shite is this. I equate this as the coach at Boise State saying he's just as good as Alabama & the SEC with what they have done in their No Name Conference. GTFO dude & DIAF.

BPL will always be better than whatever back water Eastern European League.

He´s referring to the level of the club, not the league. I think he means to say it´s more or less a ´lateral´move.

As to money, will he make significantly more with Liverpool?

Shakhtar is a good club in the CL. I would assume he's taking a big pay raise to come to a project, and that's something that either is or isn't worth it.

Surely Shakhtar realize that if they want to keep their star player that they have valued at £25m, they are willing to bump up his current wages from €20k/week.

I get what he is saying but I'm going to continue as such...

Shakhtar = Boise State
Liverpool = UGA (or some other SEC team)

Yes they are getting to play more often in BCS Bowls (Champions League) and once in awhile they shock the big boys but everyone knows they are actually garbage and pretenders because they play no one all year so they only have to focus on the one big game. The other comes from a gauntlet of a league that has champions upon champions throughout its history. And even though that one school hasn't been doing well of late in winning championships it does have the long history of doing so before, where as the other does not. So you tell me if that's lateral movement?

I mean as far as I'm concerned Shakhtar is nothing but a glorified Celtic in a similar shitty league. They are sellers not buyers.

Shakhtar is actually a very rich club - certainly not "sellers" like you are saying. They will sell, mainly because they don't pay high wages, but they don't need to sell.

The Ukranian league is also very underrated. Miles beyond the SPL in my opinion.

They do have a point, but I suspect it is meaningless unless there is another CL club who will meet their valuation like LFC seemingly is willing to do.

He won't move to LFC to play for a historic club. Maybe he really wants to play in England, but the main reason is because LFC will immediately double his wages, which are pretty low as is for a player of his caliber.

You know what I mean, it's not like they are Real or Barça, etc. themselves and let's be real if we were consistently in the champions league like they are we would be in very different situation than what we are ...

I used that exaggerated comparison to make a point; they are not the BPL, La Liga, Bundeliga, Serie A nor Ligue 1 and never will be.

Yes they do, but if we get champions league that point is moot because LFC in CL >>> SDFC in CL

Yes I know history outside of the recent kind doesn't draw people to a club as is life it's all about the $$$ and for football the PT and exposure. History doesn't come into play (if it ever does) until they actually arrive at the club and feel the weight of it on their shoulders.
