Ah,I think you're misinterpreting what he's saying. When he says 'Finally two players have to be out of the list.', I believe what he is saying is that of the 20 players, only 18 will be available. 'Finally' should be taken to mean something to the effect of 'In the end', which in this case would mean, 'just prior to the match'.
I work with a lot of international people, so I've learned to understand their usage of the english language.

Also, supposedly Yesil, and Assaidi are in the 20 player squad as well. I would love to see at least 1 of them in action tomorrow, at least as a sub.
