Newman leads 2-0 at halftime. Goal in stoppage called back for offside. Looked pretty legit to me, but I'd have to see the replay.

So that would have been 3-0?

Yep.

No matter. Newman have scored three goals quickly in the second half.

5-0 Newman.

This is hard to believe.

Newman is a great team, but ESA is getting torn to shreds. Keep in mind this game was a 2-1 last-minute win for Newman a few weeks ago.

Newman was too big and too athletic for ESA. ESA is going to be very good next year. They have some very good players. Newman just wanted it after losing a very close final last year.

St. Louis and Episcopal tied 1-1 at half. Surprisingly, the Knights have had the better of play. Not many chances for St. Louis, but they converted on their best chance.

Trevor Bisson scored first for Episcopal on a long shot from about 30 yards out, around the 20th minute. The Saints answered a few minutes later with a header into the corner by Zac Eisner off a free kick.

Saints awarded controversial PK. Eisner converts.

2-1 St. Louis, 13 mins into second half.

2-1 final!

St. Louis wins their 13th title, and the 7th in 8 seasons. Incredible.

Episcopal will feel hard done by that PK. Wasn't a foul, IMO.
