I mean I’m still floored by the result yesterday, not that I care about the cup. A premier league team should not struggle let alone lose against a championship team who was playing the kids.

Rumor going around that Farke has until spuds match to prove he can do it
So essentially the month of September, what point total do you guys think he needs to achieve in order not to get the sack?
Aug 30 - Newcastle (H)
Sep 13 - Fulham (A)
Sep 20 - Wolves (A)
Sep 27 - Bournemouth (H)
I think he would need 4-6 points out of those 4 matches in order to stay in the job

Sounds right. I had faith before last week we could get a point from Newcastle but the last 2 outings have scuppered that belief. Maybe a win at wolves and a point against the cherries.

Wolves is a must-win (as much as one is so early in the season). Honestly think we need to be beating Bournemouth as well as it's at home, but a draw at a minimum. Not sure we get anything from Newcastle or Fulham.
So 4-6 points max imo. Is that enough to keep his job? Who knows. If we get blown out on Saturday, that seat is going to be scorching.
If they're going to make a move though, I wish they'd go ahead and do it and not drag this thing out.
