Jack Harrison (NYCFC): What's his potential with the USMNT?

I know he was born in England, but I remember hearing something about him having a chance with the USMNT maybe due to upcoming citizenship or something.
Stoke city are rumered to have offered 7 million for him for a transfer.
He recently was involved with the England U21 though, so this may be bad news for the US.

We got dom dwyer so it’s possible. He sure as hell will never play for England.

It would take years for him to get Citizenship. Dom Dwyer only got it after being here for 8 yrs and marrying a citizen.
I haven't seen anything close to 7 mil

That ended his chances of ever playing for the US, playing in a game for a FIFA or Confederation tournament at the youth level or a friendly at the senior only gives you the option to switch to countries that are eligible for citizenship.
