No it’s not, you just hate Liverpool. The atmosphere at Anfield turned this neutral observer into a Liverpool fan when they were sitting mid table

I don’t like auburn or LSU, but I can admit that they boast two of the best atmospheres in college football.

He makes of Liverpool cause of the Asian tourists. Like a third of Man U's fan base is in the Far East

Sitting mid table for like a month???? Liverpool even in down years is usually top six and playing in Europe. Liverpool ant sitting around 10-13 any time.

Stop the nonsense

Liverpool is a great atmosphere but isn’t the best and has gone down even scousers will say that.

When did I ever say we didn’t have Asian fans.....

They also bring down the atmosphere

Liverpool fans just get butt hurt when people don’t kiss their clubs arse.

This will be the first year 53,000 are watching UCL knockout stages.

By my math, even a 1/3 scouse, 1/3 asian, 1/3 tourist is 2x louder than some Manc squid.

Linear addition tells me our capacity is now around 100k thus Anfield > Old Twatford.

Ya feel?

Its true about every group of sports fans. This isn't unique to Liverpool fans.

FWIW, I agree with your assessment of the modern Anfield crowd. Somewhat.

It can be, on days like Sunday. It reminds me a lot of Tiger Stadium. Kind of crap against the bottom teams. Amazing against the big names.

My point was there are grounds or matches that can match it or exceed it.

saying other wise is delusional

OT and others can be just as good

Well of course. I can guarantee you there will probably be 15 other clubs who will have better atmosphere than Anfield the next time we play a relegation team.

Absolutely.

Like I said, I agree with you that Anfield isn't what it used to be. I don't think anyone who has been to games in England recently would disagree with that. A huge part of that has to do with the large influx of uninvolved and uncommited tourists.

Anfield 30 years ago was unparalleled though.

Well we have people on here who have never been to a match or interacted with the English for a sustained period of time getting upset I speak the truth.

As much as I hate to say it Elland Road for a big match shits on OT and Anfield

Millwall can be straight up terrifying when they play another London team. I don't remember what team it was (Charlton or Crystal Palace?) where I legit thought a riot was going to break out.

Wow, surprised to hear those words coming from you.
