I think you're being naive if you think those people are just going to pick whoever the most people on here tell them to. Its obviously more so a plea to get more information about teams you don't have any access to. You can read Wikipedia all you want, but that doesn't take into account personal experiences and emotions. Those are what really matter when choosing a team.

I was always a national team fan and watched them ever since 98 WC. I was a fan of Thierry Henry and then I watched then 2006 with Arsenal v Barca. Been a Gooner ever since.

You have to have been born in the city in the year the club was found, and their current pitch must have been part of your family's property to be a true fan.

I don't have a video game system but I don't care how people decide to choose their team(s). Anyone who does care a lot about that has the potential to be a little off, IMHO.
