Shopping on Amazon and seeing a few older US kits and might get one. How do these normally run? 5'9 175lbs. (no pics, you sausage smugglers). I wear a large polo for reference. Should I get a large jersey or will that be big?

Large should work.

Right - The sizes are usually the same as a normal shirt size, unlike football jerseys.

I'm 5'8", 155 and wear a mix of large and medium shirts. 3 of the 4 kits I have at mediums, so whatever you usually wear should work.

How old?

You get earlier than the 2006-08 kits and size starts getting REALLY wacky.

2006-present is "true to size" for the most part?

And finding a Bradley one is turning out to be a bitch. Yall ever buy a blank one and get a store to do the printing afterwards?

Sure. Third Coast does printing for me frequently.

Most reputable soccer stores can order name and number for you, if not, I used uni-sport.com with zero issues.

I'm roughly your size, large is fine in a replica. If you buy an authentic, it'll run a half size(ish) smaller.

Unless your name is Arjen Robben, usual size is fine

Third Coast in Mandeville? I'll probably just do that. About how much do they charge for that?

I assume it's the same people that own the one here in Baton Rouge. I think it's $20. They should be able to order name and number for you.

That would go to my ankles

Just got the authentic red 3rd kit on eBay for $60 including shipping. Pretty happy about that. Will get the name and number put on after.

I wear an XL just so my beer bulge isn't attacking anyone. About 6-0, 210. XL is right for me just for length anyway.

get bigger. They usually run small, especially PUMA and addidas.
