if this was happening in a UEFA nation's stadium, they would be docked points, the federation fined, and they would be forced to play in empty stadiums

I was curious if Mexico would be fined any at all for what happened last night. And I was crazy surprised when they said there would be 7 minutes of stoppage time. The home team should not be rewarded for their fans detrimental involvement in the game.

I agree completely. I was pretty pissed at that as well. Would have been even worse had they scored. But then I remembered that messico @ Azteca in 2013 = 0 goals
