Help me out on US World Cup Line-Ups

I am trying to remember the line-ups we used in 2002 and 2006. Can't find any links to the actual line-ups unfortunately, so I am relying on memory.

I know we changed things around but in 2002, I want to say the line-up was

O'Brien in a free role
McBride (with Mathis coming off the bench in most games)

2006 I remember as
