Dzagoev's play reminds me of Sneijder's in WC10. Fortunate goals, lacking actual control of the attack as a great 10 should. Arshavin had a better Euros for me.

Who uses three defenders? Why pick an all-tourney team that does not represent how the games are being played? I understand wanting to reward the goal scorers and players who create the excitement. However, that rewards those players for their few successes and ignores their frequent failures. At the same time the defenders only allow quality shots on their few failures while their many successes are ignored.
I would have Terry and Corluka on my all-tourney team before either Dzagoev or Silva. Defenses have dominated and they should be rewarded for doing so.

I've watched every Italy game and I can say that while De Rossi has played very well, I would still pick Pirlo over him. He set up the goal against Spain and then scored the goal against Croatia.
Also, what about that Czech midfielder with the long, crazy hair? He's been pretty good.

De Rossi has been great, so has Pirlo. Wahl is trying to plug De Rossi into his club position anyway. He's been playing Center Half really.
