Same reason Dempsey, Howard, etc. aren't on there.
He's going to be on the main roster for WCQs this summer. Gold Cup won't have the first teamers this summer.

Which is why I would play every A team player that would want to play. I'd much rather win this one and not have all the pressure on the one in 2015.

No, the winner of the 2013 GC and the 2015 GC will be in a playoff for a spot in the 2017 Confederations Cup.
