Comfortable at Villareal, was asked about their upcoming match against Barcelona, and the ´morbo´ of facing the club that formed him.
I don´t know what he used to be like as a person, but he seems very mature, his Spanish is excellent (he´s got a light Mexican ´seseo´, but has an ample vocabulary and speaks quickly), is confident, and was very polite but properly barbed, when speaking of Méxicos selection, his inclusion in the same, and their prospects in their group.
I was impressed. He was considered a bit petulant and kind of teenager silly when he arrived in Barcelona, and I think his being ´offed´ by them hurt him animically quite a bit, but he looks very grounded.
So that yáll know. Nothing more.

Seriously, he really impressed me. I was taken aback. I was expecting to be smirking, maybe laughing a bit, and I was hit with some very impressive stuff.

I was being serious. I like your insights. I don't like Dos Santos because of what he dose to the US but he is a damn good soccer player.

I love Dos Santos, that 4(?) year period where he was left out at Barca, thenwent to Spurs all the way down to Ipswich in my opinion robbed us of a potential star.
