Not right now. You have to wait until the transfer draft coming up. You only get one more pick in this draft.
WSE, you may want to change the title to read that Goose is on the clock.

Yea 2 picks on incoming players.

Correct. He gets to pick two incoming players after the transfer window closes.

When exactly does the the window close

The draft will be held right after the transfer window closes. If no one picks whoever you're looking for up, you can get him.
So no free agency period between now and that draft? because if there is one.. why would he wait until the draft?

And I would be down two midfielders for a couple weeks. Ain't no fun

I mean, he could sign two players to fill up his roster, but it can't be any incoming players.

So anyone signed to an EPL club between the end of this draft & the end of the window = reserved until the transfer draft basically?

Why not? Cazorla and Borini have both been drafted and they were incoming players who weren't on that list.
ETA Well they are on the list now. I guess it was updated or they were added before the draft started?

But if we're serious about taking the 2 leagues at the end of the season and pulling the top 10 overall, then the scoring systems, rules, etc should be identical between the leagues IMO. From what I understand, they may not be.
I do not think this is really significant. A couple rule variations are ok as long as it a non-keeper.
Our league wants to copy the scoring system from the EPL fantasy site. War, doing this will make your job as commish far easier.
Another issue at hand is the adding players process. There are three viable ways that I see fit to add players (I made lengthy posts on each method in the other thread and I can pull them up if necessary).
These few small rule variations will not really affect anything as long as both leagues are fair and similar in structure.

I read it as post-draft free agency policy, purely for the point of allowing those screwed by outgoing transfers a chance to make up for their loss if any good players just got transfered IN to the EPL

I think we should allow Red, and anyone else who lost players, to pick who they want. Other than that, we should randomly pick a free agency order that flips every week to choose who gets the other incoming players/other available players.

We could do it NFL style and do whoever has the worst record (or fewest points) gets first pick in free agency each week

Either way works fine with me. I'd like the opportunity to claim foreign players before the season starts

I like the scoring system we have set up, we're keeping that.

That is a good idea.
I just didn't want anyone to run out and get these incoming players over the guy or guys who lost players. But if you want to give him the go-ahead to do that when the draft is over, go ahead.

For the record that's basically the Free agency idea I suggested in our thread.
Have the first 2 day period as a waiver based on worst to first order. 1 pick will be chosen in this manner each week, and then the second 2 day period will be pure free agency.
