Hey WSE, on your draft sheet click: view > freeze columns > freeze 1 column

Also, did we end up deciding to just use the default scoring system for the premiere league website fantasy? I seem to remember reading that.

Right, I saw that. Have it saved on my computer. But I thought during the draft we decided to switch to the prem default scoring. Maybe I made that up?
Or was it just to add 1 point to midfielders for clean sheets?

No, but all of my papers are there with rankings that are marked up for who's already been drafted.
