That's what I mean. Fox has the next couple of World Cups and they've been "training" Gus as their lead commentator for the games by having him call a Champions League final, FA final, Gold Cup final etc.

Guess they decided nevermind on Gus. I haven't heard him call any games since the Gold Cup.

That's because Fox hasn't had any "big" soccer final since. I promise you that they will have him on the mic for both the FA and Champions League finals.

He did Champions League games starting in the knockout rounds last year so I'm sure he will be somewhere for the Round of 16.... probably didn't do any soccer during the fall because of football.

Well he's doing Big East basketball now so maybe that will keep him too busy.
