That wasn't a pk, but I can see how he got it wrong. It was a very near thing in real time, but he clearly got the ball when they slowed it down. Sort of ruined the game for neutrals.

Tello has really regressed since last year. The only thing he has done this tournament is suffer the penalty for the third goal.
