Ethan Horvath’s performance in the CL yesterday

Had a great game yesterday, made several clutch saves that secured a big away win for Brugge in the champions league against some Russian scrub. Just two years ago he was having awesome performances in the champions league and then got relegated to the bench behind Mignolet. Got the start because Mignolet got the rona. Having not really played over the past year he came in and obviously played a major role in the team’s win. Horvath got pretty emotional after the game ended and thought it was worth sharing.

The save right before Brugge got the winner was exceptional...bright future for this kid

Glad to know he came good in that match.
He looked a bit nervy early on from what I remember.

This is exactly what I was hoping for from this thread

In all seriousness though I think Horvath is a better shot stopper than Steffen. I’m not sure how his distribution and footwork is though.
