Has anyone else noticed how many people have quit posting in the thread now that their love for the moment, Newcastle, is down 2-0. Can't wait until they come back if it goes to 2-1.

Newcastle flat out don't look good. Cisse and Ba don't play well together.

BPG called them the best attacking tandem in the EPL.

Who is more threatening? And don't tell me Rooney and RVP. They haven't played together and won't with Rooney's injury.

Cisse and Ba can do enough on their own to negate their poor play back and forth.

They need to step up and drop £20mm on Andy Carroll...go back to playing Pardew long ball...

Hell, I'd almost take Ben Arfa in a straight swap...

So?

They seemed to be perfectly fine beating Chelsea 3-0 last year. They don't play off of each other, I get it. That doesn't mean they aren't individually the two most threatening forwards in the game together.

City has Aguero and....
Chelsea has Torres ( ) and....
Tottenham have ? and.....
Liverpool have Suarez and.....
United have either Rooney or RVP and.....

True, I guess I didn't think of those two because Tevez was playing golf 24/7 last year. I'll agree with that.

Rooney and RvP say a big HELLO. Individually. Not even an argument.

I would take Ba and Cisse over just Rooney or just RVP any day.

You said individually. Now you want to pair them? WTF are you arguing. It's ok, you missed on this one.
