Why blame him???
Guy lost 18 players on that Lazio team, they Have bought NO ONE.
His agreement stated he needed 4-5 players in by the time he took over. They sat on their arse. He saw the writing on the wall, if they cant even do this simple task, this will be a painful task.
So since they didn't fulfill their part, neither did he.

also there was a report he contacted the teams of those players he was promised and lazio hadn't even contacted them
sounds like he got sold a bill of goods
