At least through November. Bruce Arena's assistant. Rest of the technical staff will remain. More of the same.

Ehh, nobody worth a damn was taking the job right now anyway. I’d rather leave the U20 and U17 coaches in place than promote one on an interim basis. Realistically we shouldn’t have our long term solution until after the World Cup

This doesn't bother me because he is by no means in consideration for the job and this is just us promoting a warm body in the position, but if Sarachen is the coach, then we may as well have kept Bruce for this match considering Sarachen has been Bruce's top assistant pretty much every year since 1997.

i don't mind because i'm still holding out hope that a NEW ussf president will be selecting the next coach. now if somebody like this guy is named as the next head coach by gulati....well that's when i'll melt...hard.
