Real Madrid - Poached my two favorite Liverpool players at the time (Owen and Alonso).
Chelsea - Should be on everone's list.

Everton - I know I'm supposed to hate them, but I only see them as the underachieving big brother. I root for them outside of the Merseyside derby.
Celtic - YNWA, Dalglish, and Fields of Athenry/Anfield Road connection.

It's not really going against the grain. The best way I can describe the "rivalry" is like two brothers competing at something. Sure they fight, yell, maybe even hit each other, but at the end of the day they realize they're still family. That's how Everton/Pool are. So many families split down the middle that its the only derby in England that they don't segregate the fans. It's not called the
"Friendly Derby" for nothing.
A popular song sung for decades whenever the two have met each other in the late stages of the FA and League cups goes: "Merseyside! Merseyside! Manchester are you watching?" It was sung in unison by both supporters, usually arm in arm.
