What was fricked up about the penalty on timo is that he gave it AGAINST Chelsea. Pulisic was on the ball right after and it got called back

Massive massive win. Rudiger is the man. Pull for Burnley tomorrow and get ready for the finale against Villa.

FYI regarding Kante leaving today's game:

Thomas Tuchel on why N'Golo Kante was taken off: "N'Golo is not injured. He told me – and I understood him in French – he went out before an injury. He felt his hamstrings and was worried that he would get injured if he continued to play."

No choice but to sit him against Villa and rest him up for CL final. Kovacic had better be ready. He looked rusty as hell today which is understandable since he wasn’t supposed to be used.

Any good Chelsea specific podcast out there? I’ve been listening to George Benson Football and Football Therapy for news and post match reactions. Just wondering if there is anything better

Roman is brutally honest. Good on him. Glad Blues have an owner who will do what it takes to get the club to the top. Makes me hopeful for a big striker signing this summer as well as other additions.

Although I listen primarily to the 2 already mentioned, you can also give "Chelsea Mike'd Up" a try.

If you had to choose 1 right now, Morata or Werner?
Btw, although getting him would be extremely unlikely, I'm all in for Harry Kane.

Werner, 100%.
Morata contributed basically nothing other than that stretch were Azpi was crossing balls onto his head and i think he had a hat trick agaisnt stoke once.
Timo seems well liked by the squad, isnt a little whiny baby, has contributed more this season than given credit. I could see timo putting it all together, it didnt take long for me to lose all hope for morata.

Yeah, Timo has fallen short of expectations, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if he had 20-25 goals and 7 or 8 assists in the league next year.

I’m warming to Timo because even though he’s a shite finisher, he pressures defenses and has a number of assists - he does contribute even though not in the way envisioned. I doubt Tuch would sell him after one season anyway. Now, if we get a world class striker this summer, all bets are off for him.

we are likely losing OG and Tammy. we could buy 2 strikers and still not need to move Timo.

Let’s go lads! Get the W today, solidify top 4 (Blues won’t be deducted points for the brawl against LC-rubbish), then focus on whipping City in Porto. COYB!

CHELSEA (3-4-3): Edouard Mendy; Reece James, Thiago Silva, Antonio Rudiger; Cesar Azpilicueta, Mateo Kovacic, Jorginho, Ben Chilwell; Christian Pulisic, Timo Werner, Mason Mount.
No Kante today. Get it done!
