Player in white is hurt, and yellow team plays the ball out of bounds to stop play (common occurrence).
White returns the ball off of their impending throw-in in response. Through a combination of a shitty field and terrible goalkeeping, the ball ends up in the back of the net. White allows the yellow team to score to even things up (infrequent, but not unheard of, occurrence).
You can basically think of it as players deciding to stop play from the time the player went down injured to the goalkeeper's restart. Referees generally won't stop play unless it's a very serious or head injury.

When there's an injury, the polite thing to do is to kick it out of play. The other team would get the ball, and the polite thing for them to do is kick it back to the team that kicked the ball out politely in the first place. In this match, the return kick went past the keeper and into the net, thereby scoring a goal. The team that scored then allowed the other team to score as their goal should never have happened.
