First time buying a soccer jersey. I'm wanting to buy a beautiful sky blue Lazio home jersey made by Macron. I wear a US XL. Will an XL fit me all right, or will it be skin tight?

Depends on the kit maker.

This is made by a company called Macron.

any soccer stores near you? if so, go and try some on, from each brand.
this way, at worst, you can order 1 size bigger, to be safe.

I have found that in general, one size larger than my normal size has worked for me personally. Your mileage will vary and how you like your shirts to wear are different for different folks obviously. I can't stand tight fitting clothing.

Macron is fairly close to adidas in sizing.
If you wear a L t-shirt, a L Marron should be fine.

Anybody have experience with how Puma jerseys fit? I currently have one en route, and I just went with the size I usually buy my shirts at.

Puma runs small. I ordered an Arsenal training shirt this week...

Yeah, buy one size up with Puma.

I'm not sure about Puma, but I buy a size smaller in anything Euro.
Good luck.

Don't buy a Candreva shirt. He gone.

Most are just replicas, not player issued. I have an Arsenal puma in large. I wear large t shirts, it fits fine.
But on the players it is skin tight.
Puma prob does run a lil smaller, but my last Arsenal Nike I bought in large is too big. The puma is a little shorter.

After seeing his post on the poli board I'm not surprised.

Appreciate the advice in this thread, SB krewe. Got my new kit in the mail.

You got it in less than 24 hours?

I just mean I ordered it. It is in the mail.

My experience with a Puma replica (BVB) was that the sizing was pretty normal, about the same as Adidas, except the arms were super tight.

Pumas usually are really tight in the arms for me and a little too short from top to bottom.
