Bizarre fact: Paraguay didn't win a single game in the Copa America...

... in regular time, nor extra time. Their only wins came through penalty kicks. They still made the final. Also, through three knockout rounds, they scored zero goals.
I saw this while perusing wiki and thought I would share this odd fact with the SB.

yep, I watched the copa closely last year with my new found interest in Uruguay... Couldnt believe with all those teams, Paraguay back doored in like that...
The third goal in the finals by Uruguay was my favorite, involved all of the big 3 upfront for Uruguay... LINK

Very similar to the way Greece won a euro although they actually did score a couple of teams....it may not be the most attractive but playing defensive counter attack minded soccer is the way to progress in continental tourneys and the world cup

Another fun fact: The only undefeated team in the 2010 World Cup .... New Zealand
They didn't make the knockout rounds.

Fun fact #3: When NK lost to South Korea in a qualifier, they claimed that the team had been poisoned. There were also claims the whole team had been struck by lightning.
