Great fee for someone we bought for 1 million. Won 2 FA Cups but ultimately is barely a Premier League defender and arguably cost us Champions League in 21-22 and the league 22-23.

Good luck to Rob but praise God at the same time

Seems like Lokonga is close to a loan to Luton.

Guess its Cedric, Tavares, and Pepe as the remaining players with no future at Arsenal and still need to be offloaded?

Just Cedric and Pepe.

Tavares went on loan to Nottingham Forest

Rumors coming out that Partey is out for a while with a groin injury. Arsenal already struggling with injuries 3 games in, water is wet…. Defense already razor thin and that is what nipped us last season.

On the bright side, at least Arteta can’t put him at right back now.

So the standard back 4. Does that mean Rice is the defensive mid, and Havertz will be the holding mid?

Havertz is always the left 8. Defensive mid and holding mid similarly play in front of the defense. Both terms are pretty much synonymous.

Thank god. Sucks it takes an injury to force Arteta to play a normal fricking back line.

I feel like we are trying to force Havertz to be good, it’s brutal

He seems to be getting into good positions, but is playing so safe, unsure of himself

It’s really clear that teams can just hunker down, wait for us to frick up, then counter for a goal

He whiffed on an opportunity a good twelve year old would have put in the back of the net. Can we please stop making excuses for this guy?
