I mean, we are pretty close. But we still need striker depth, unless Sanago is amazing. Also need a shite ton of injury luck.

Also I never believe Wenger. He's a pathological liar when it comes to transfers. He could simply say "No comment" or something but he says things like "I've never heard of him" (in reference to Cazorla) and other things of that nature.
