Sounds messed up, though I'm keenly aware I'm only reading one side of this dispute.
Here's what's really baffling...dont those family members realize they stand to gain so much more (even just monetarily) if they stay in his good graces?

I can't stand Adebayor at times,but I've always believed his family is insane. Just too much smoke.

Yea you are right. Pretty crazy and I can't say I completely understand still.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out and what his soccer future holds. I really wish the best for him as it appears he has been through a lot of bad times.
On the bright side without Adebayor collapse Kane would probably not have had the breakout season he had. So if you need a bright spot in all this there's that.

There's some real cultural issues at play here. Voodoo and witchcraft is a very real belief for a lot of the people in Togo.
