Nothing like a good out of left field transfer move to start off summer.

Wales captain Aaron Ramsey has agreed a deal to sign for Mexican side Club Universidad Nacional - known as Pumas UNAM - according to the PA news agency. The former Arsenal and Juventus midfielder would become the first high-profile British player to play in the Mexican league should the formalities of the move be completed.
Ramsey shares the same agent as Pumas manager Efrain Juarez

Bro knows he can just try a few Latinas on holiday right
UNAM doesn’t pay well and his body’s broken down. He’s played 23 matches in the last 2 seasons and he’s a shell of his old self. He was about to take the Cardiff managerial job FFS. If they want a European that bad, to not go after someone who’s any combination of younger, more fit, and more well-known…this is random as hell

Getting rid of Ramsey really helped kick start Arsenal on the rebuild.
Had he been there for say 3 more years through 2022, it would have been difficult to spend a little more during the rebuild.
He was arse for Juve.

On 1 July 2019, he joined Juventus after having signed a pre-contractual agreement, winning the league title during his first season.
This was still under Unai.
Just my opinion, the real rebuild didn’t start until after this since we were still bringing in questionable talent under that group.

Absolutely asinine that we let him leave for free, though
Edit: I still have a signed Arsenal jersey of his somewhere deep in a closet

He was making like 400k a week at Juve. That number would have crippled Arsenal, Unai or Arteta

The only reason he made that much was because he was free
