3 Year World Cup Cycle strategy

Men
Year 1 off year/ Continental championship qualifiers/ Confed Cup
Year 2 Continental Championships, which double as World Cup Qualification.
Year 3 FIFA World Cup
Women and youth-teams
Year 1 Women's World Cup
Year 2 U-17, U-20 World Cups
Year 3 Men'S World Cup
It seems feasible in my spur of the moment brilliance, but I'm sure I'm missing something that would make this impossible.
oh well, all I want is as much soccer as possible!

That's less matches per year on averGe than the current cycle.
