How much are we paying them to take him off our books?
As far as I can tell we waived any fee so he just signed personal terms.
Don’t forget we resigned him after his injury at Everton so he could still have a club to rehab with. We also apparently offered him a coaching position at the academy if he didn’t want to move to Valencia.

Bayern Munich have not enquired about the availability of Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho, according to Bild journalist Christian Falk.
Reports originating from Spain suggested the Spanish club have opened negotiations with Barcelona regarding the potential loan signing of the Brazil international, although Coutinho has been offered to Bayern.
However, Falk has distanced Bayern from these claims but told Get German Football News that the Bundesliga club are looking at signing another attacking player once Ivan Perišic joins the club with Dani Olmo also interesting Bayern.

Perisic took #14
Pretty crazy that numbers 2, 3, 7, and 10 are vacant at a club like Bayern

You guys still have a really good team, but I think Dortmund just might have the squad to knock them off.

I do too actually...It’s Dortmund’s best chance in a long time
