Hazard deal done according to Romano. Said it's around 90 million pounds + add ons. I'm assuming he'll probably hit several of the marks so roughly 100 million pounds.

Mendy didn´t pass his physical with RM. Something about a hip concern. There´s talk he may be announced Monday, but it looks like he´s got to get it further examined before then (Olympique de Lyon is pressuring to sell ´ás is´LOL).

It's cheaper than we hoped. But like I said, I'm assuming this is for several reasons:
Hazard has been a loyal servant and didn't snake his way out of Stamford Bridge like Thibaut. Club probably wanted to get this done to thank him.
It probably helps Real slightly to spread the money out. He's going to hit a lot of these add-ons, I'm assuming. That means Chelsea eventually get 100+ for him.

They must have Sarri or whoever their next manager is under wraps or why else would they be making big moves like that? And also why would they sell the dude for 50m 1 year after they bought him for 40m?

Walker played in 52 games this last year. We had Danilo available for like 10 of them and he is supposedly on his way out. We pretty much had no back up for him.
There have also been rumors that Pep wants to play a 5-3-2, which we've seen a few times. Cancelo would make sense if that is the case since Walker has played as the third CB in that formation with England. We also may just want Walker to play CB instead of replacing Kompany/Otamendi (if he leaves).

A lot of Juventus fans like De Sciglio in that spot. Cancelo was really good in the first half, but he doesn't defend much at all. Juventus also are a club that has to sell to be able to buy.

We’ve scheduled a friendly with Lyon, so it seems the deal for Memphis is all done except for the lean at melwood. I’d be surprised if we signed a second backup attacker at the price Pepe will command on top of Memphis.
