.@JosefMartinez17 has received many accolades, but here's a unique one:

On Saturday, he was the top-selling player in terms of merchandise on Fanatics' platforms. That means he was the top across all sports (NFL/NBA/MLB/NHL/etc) - the 1st time an MLS player has been #1.

I really doubt that. I didnt think the turnout was that great. The weather was cold and some light rain that didnt help. Honestly, I would be surprised if they had more than Saturday night. Near the stadium there was probably a few tens of thousands. Wasn't impressed at the turnout along Baker. It may have gotten more crowded near peachtree when it started. But at the Baker/Marietta area, you couldve walked up to the fence as the parade came along. The only other championship celebration Ive been to was the Warrior's first in 2015 and that was insane and definitely had this crowd many times over

Yeah if I had to guess it was probably more in the 100,000 range. They should've run it along Peachtree itself down to Five Points and then hang a right at Marietta Street to run it to the stadium.

So now even MLS is running a story on both their website and Twitter about Pity confirming that he's coming to Atlanta. The club still hasn't said anything. Does this count as an announcement?

So apparently the trophy made its way to Magic City last night.

So as of 9:00 PM CT last night, it looks like the cup was with Parkhurst, Guzan, McCann, Larentowicz, Vazquez, Shannon, maybe Robinson, and at least 2 others that I can't make out according to a picture that Parkhurst posted. He then asked where they should go next. Later that night, Shannon posted on Snapchat or Instagram from Magic City.

So, that means Bello...Right? RIGHT? There's no way McCann gets that job.

Hopefully the new coach will look and see the difference in this team with Garza and with McCann. That should speak volumes in him never being back there again

Bello will need to work on his stamina. Can't have your starting LB constantly giving out after 65 minutes.

At his age, that part should be easy. I don't hate McCann by any stretch of the imagination, I just don't think he really fits the mold of this team. Similar to how I felt about Kenwyne Jones last year as our forward when Josef was out.
