Right, but that only happened yesterday as the transfer was official on 7/30. However, he was on Newcastle, so he never left EPL (at least since the start of our draft) and was always eligible to be drafted.

Real Arse FC was trying to avoid selecting Tottenham players (because the owner does what he damn well pleases), but when Ben Davies is still available to join the club for the 2nd season in a row, you throw that notion out of the window.

Yes, that happened sometime today. Before today he wasn't listed for either team, which is strange to me. I'm sure there are others that should be eligible to draft that aren't currently on the PL Fantasy site.
I grabbed every listed player from the site last week when we started and have been using that list. When I saw the transfer news yesterday I was surprised that he wasn't listed under Newcastle.
