Should have been playing for us for a few years now. Oh well. At least Kljestan is getting a look now.
Benny is more of a hard charging, raging bull, aggressive attacker while Kljestan is more of a cerebral, survey the field with vision, and take what the defense gives you kind of attacker.
Love watching Benny play though.

Villa is well, playing with a lot of rhythm, scoring lots of goals and showing a great attitude. He is a player who has done priceless things for Spanish football."
Villa has always been one of my favorite players. Just as Lopetegui said, Villa is one of the all time great Spanish players and is still playing at a high level. And American soccer fans can see him play competitively in person 30+ times a year. That is a wonderful thing. Listening to Villa and Vieira speak to the fans after the last regular season match was inspirational. You can tell that what they are doing is special and meaningful to them.
Also, NSFW...
I am really looking forward to the NYC - Toronto matches.

Ken Tribbett almost single handedly lost the game for us. I fricking hate him
You were spot on in your previous post. He has been a weak link for most of the season and ended up hurting the Union big at a crucial time. I do feel for the guy, as he is clearly out of his depth.

Andrea Pirlo will miss the matchup against Toronto due to a calf strain. His absence could be critical as Pirlo has been integral to NYC this season and has only missed two matches. He is a major component of what they do on the pitch.

Semifinals Leg 1 Recaps & Highlights
Montreal v New York Red Bulls
Three Minutes Of Highlights
A close match between these two clubs came down to a moment of brilliance by, once again, Matteo Mancosu. Montreal keyed on Sacha Kljestan, marking him tightly with multiple defenders throughout the game. Bradley Wright-Phillips was dangerous. Ignacio Piatti was a force once again; his body shove on a defender was impressive. Evan Bush was fantastic in goal. The second leg in Red Bull Arena should be another tough contest. New York is still very much in this semifinal.
LA Galaxy v Colorado
Four Minutes Of Highlights
Colorado's defense weathered a good offensive showing by LA. Tim Howard was brilliant. The Rapids struggled to move the ball offensively, bringing in Jermaine Jones and Marlon Hairston in the second half in an effort to find a spark. LA was outstanding in defense. Colorado must find some offense in the second leg at home.
Toronto v New York City
Four Minutes Of Highlights
Four Minutes Of Mostly Different Highlights
Post Match Scuffle
A thoroughly entertaining match on a cold night in front of 29K forceful Toronto fans who were chanting JOZY at the conclusion. NYC badly missed Pirlo's presence. Both sides played physical and several bouts of chippiness broke throughout the match, including a big one after the final whistle involving Jozy Altidore. Toronto played David Villa well and physically, frustrating him. Giovinco was dangerous all night. Altidore was a beast. A tight match played on a razor's edge until Toronto stuck the knife in at the 84th minute then twisted it in stoppage time on a NYC backline breakdown. Toronto takes a significant advantage with them to New York City.
Seattle v Dallas
Four Minutes Of Highlights
37K fans stood in a cold driving rain for the Sounders. Dallas struggled offensively without Mauro Diaz. Nico Lodeiro continued to be a difference maker. Jordan Morris played well and is very fast. An enormous challenge awaits Dallas as they return home for the second leg of the semifinal.
