Supplemental draft position is only affected if you lose a top five draft pick. You will jump to the top of the order.

You must draft the top five round player and then keep him on your roster the entire time in order to receive supplemental compensation. Basically, you gotta earn it to get Pogba.

Signing up with the Fantasy Website:

Before the season begins, everyone should register or re-register with www.fantasy.premierleague.com. We use the site as our scoring system, player pool, it makes weekly scoring very easy (see watch list section below), and it does a fair job at informing us about a player’s status with injuries and suspensions.

Watch List:

Adding up your team’s weekly score is very easy with the PL’s fantasy site. Simply log into the site and add your fantasy roster by clicking on each player’s name on your roster and “add to watch list.” Then, go over to the “transfers” tab and view your weekly score. Change your player filters to “watch list” and “round score.” Then, you simply have to add your players’ scores together and post it in the season long thread. Do not forget to double the score of your captain as well.

Yes, you can make transfers now until 11:59 PM Central tonight.

In a typical week, matches are Saturday to Monday and the transfer window is Wednesday 9:00 AM Central to Friday 11:59 PM Central.

I guess you can't do this from a phone? I don't get this option clicking on any players.

Use the desktop version of the site. Maybe not available from the app.
