Eight hours is a proposed deadline (not enforced). Ideally, you should be able to pick a lot quicker than that as you need to make 10+ picks per day.

BPG can't even match that.
ETA: Bolding is definitely the way to go for these, too. Makes it easier for someone to look back and see if the running spreadsheet or whatever isn't fully up-to-date.
