And just as I post this, Gervinho is rumored to the same club.
I think it's a done deal. People saw him loading out of his apartment yesterday afternoon.
Hope Roma buy wisely. Would be embarrassing if Al Jazira's attack with Vuci and Gervinho ends up stronger than Roma's.

Slaven Bilic has been appointed as the new manager of West Ham on a three-year contract to replace Sam Allardyce.
The 56-year-old Croatian joins the Hammers having left his previous job as head coach of Besiktas at the end of the season.
Bilic has an affinity with West Ham supporters having played over 50 times for the club during the 1996-97 season, and had maintained a strong desire to one day manage in the Premier League.

AC Milan's Galliani is reported in France to work out personal terms to bring in Geoffrey Kondogbia.
Kondogbia seems to be an elite midfielder in the making and it's interesting (worrisome) that he's AC Milan's first new target.
Whether it happens or not, it seemingly confirms the rumors of Doyen Sports being closely connected with the new minority owner Mr Bee and AC Milan becoming a preferred landing spot for their players.

Now it looks like Ayew is going to Swansea, WTF.

Juventus has become one of the best in the transfer market game. They sign Khedira on a free.
They continue to make shrewd deals and transfers, and end up sitting in +++$$$ because of it.
For every Star player they sell, they find a free, veteran italian, or young player for cheap to fill that void for the future.
Liverpool could learn a few things from them about the transfer market.

They've done an excellent job of "team building". They have had some misses like everyone but mainly they do a very good job of assessing exactly how targets will "fit" into their style and build the team from the back forward.
It is stark contrast to some other strategies that seem to overload on hyped attacking players and then struggle to fit them all together in disjointed midfields.
It will be interesting to see how their market plays out. They don't necessarily have to sell any key players (they have money and also just received the highest payout in CL history at €100m).
However, word is that Tevez will return to Boca and he was really the "missing piece" for them so they'll need to replace his creativity while waiting for Dybala to develop if they want to stay on the same level.

Juve probably could build a great XI just off of a potential Pogba sale. They're really good at this.

That strategy works too, though, and by works, I mean that it forces you to pay Porto 7.5 million Euros to pass on their option to buy Casemiro

I really hope he stays, they don't need to sell him at all.

They absolutely don't need to sell him and Pogba doesn't seem eager to move.
However, Raiola is Pogba's agent and he seemingly pushes his players to transfer as often as possible for those fees.
About Obiang and AC Milan: may mean that they were unsuccessful in getting Kondogbia to agree to terms or just that Obiang's agent wants to wait it out.
