But to claim its a similar type of singing as United bringing in Teddy is silly
Ok, so Teddy wasn't an older, proven EPL striker that was brought in to a title contending club to make them better?
yeah, I thought so...
And I get he was maybe even asked to play a bigger role at ManU, but thats why I said similar and not exactly the same... Don't try and change it around, its your emotions that are showing through...

Did anybody actually believe that Cesc would leave?

For the record... I apologize for the name calling... you can be a frustrating dude, but seem like an overall nice guy..

More on Alvaro Morata.....
He´s got 11 offers on the table,
Arsenal
Man U
Inter
La Juve
Borussia Dortmund
Wolfsburg
Villarreal and four other Spanish clubs
He´ll be going for sure, but where is the question. RM is adamant that his contract have a buy back clause (which will condition many offers).

Álvaro Morata is on the verge of a move to Juventus. AS has learnt that the Real Madrid forward has reached an agreement with the Serie A champions, but the two clubs are yet to agree on a deal.
The main stumbling block is thought to be Madrid's insistence on a buy-back clause, and the fee that would activate said clause. It is rumoured that Arsenal and Manchester United were keen on the young forward, but withdrew their interest when learning of Real Madrid's insistence on the buy-back option.
Sky Italia announced that on Monday directors from both clubs will meet in Turin because of the Unesco Cup legends match, and will look to also iron out the details of the transfer.

Here's the full story on a breaking news line we brought you earlier, with Sky Sports News of the understanding that Cesc Fabregas is set to leave Barcelona this summer and that a return to the Premier League is a preferred option for the former Arsenal midfielder.

Liverpool have made an improved £25m bid for Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana, according to Sky sources.
Southampton rejected a £20m bid from Liverpool for Lallana earlier this month, but the Merseysiders have returned with another attempt to sign the England international which Sky Sports News understands is their final offer.
I have a feeling Spurs will go for 30

I'm sure they will. Hope he's excited about Europa.
Oh wait....

He's a good player but anything more than 15-18 is crazy
Posted on 5/31/14 at 11:11 am to StraightCashHomey21
25 is ridiculous.

BR is a great manager but he has been far from good in the transfer market. I wonder who you guys will sell. I doubt you will take another 50mill plus lose but you have to offload some people.
Liverpool needs D and his first two buys are attacking players.

I don't buy in to the argument that he's flopped on transfers. I follow our rumors for a good bit every year. Watch their old games (because we all know how realistic YouTube highlights are), and I've actually been really excited about all of his signings, sans Moses. The only ones that really haven't panned out in respect to the purpose they were signed for were Moses and Aspas.

He hasn't been bad or good, more a less avg. Outside the Sturridge buy and they kid had a chip on his shoulder.
But with ownership that looks like it will splurge on players he can just say frick it

I'd add Joe Allen and Cou to the list of good signings. Kolo served his purpose as a stop gap. Borini is brilliant off the ball, and his loan spell did him well in working on his finishing. By all accounts Llori is going to be a star in the future.
Aspas, Moses, and Aly were poop.
Alberto is an enigma. Every time he play (hardly ever), he links up well and even has a score and an assist in very minimal minutes. Why he doesn't get more action is baffling.
