I couldn't think of a worse time for it happening, save for your team in the BCS title game and it happening.

In a related note. During the BCSNC game in 2009 mediacom in north alabama suffered a massive service outage. A lot of people missed the 3rd quarter. My neighbor cancelled his service shortly after
