I have a desire to understand how to write so that the reader reads in real-time. I mean as a device for story progression. Six minutes to impact...make it six minutes in real life while reading.

Anyone have a resource that covers something of this nature?

Thank you.

Why are cops called class traitors?

What does that mean?
We had two I remember: Preps and Heads

Preps for the preppy kids
Heads for the drugheads
You know some grandbaws walking around with 25 grandkids. That's trashy...or is it?

Let's ID the treshold!
Water and coffee and snacks.

Pec is traveling and has time to drop in say Hi.

What you guys eatin'?
I have a Lowe’s card and try to use it every chance I get. Some supplies I need in bulk and are not carried in bulk or at all at Lowe’s. Fortunately there’s a Farm & Tractor supply across the street.

For those of you that use this store, do you have a credit card? What are your take always for using the store’s credit card? Is it worth the hassle?
Will they restrict it in some sections? Restrict it in sections until after halftime?

Place the booths far away from student section?

No restriction other than age?

Is there more info on how this will be handled in Tiger Stadium?

Not sure how many people still buy hardcopies of movies, but over the last few years the only movies I have bought have been from the Criterion Collection.

We've had threads on this announcement before.

I feel that so many people are good at rembering characters, understanding their motives, and picturing a setting. And as such, writing a textbook in such a way to cater to this part of our brain could be effective.

So, I ask, would you read a historical fiction book where you learn, let's say, physics and astronomy and their key concepts?
I have recently gotten into this channel and have been watching each episode on the life and works of Jim Henson.

This is a great short Youtube series of videos that has filled in all the gaps of my childhood and linked so many different productions that Jim Henson played had hand in (har har) or his talented team.

Link to the playlist: LINK

The whole series puts into perspective Jim's entire career, and his desire to become a Walt Disney-like figure.

Taken at 640 PM a couple of nights ago.

What you baws think it is?

It is difficult to figure out due to the coloration. I think think I know what it is, but don't want to tell you so that I can blind confirm without influencing you.

Share your success stories. After lots of reading online, I can't find one good way to back a poster of large size (think map sized).

Cannot buy frames of these sizes either.

Any input of your experiences will be nice! TIA.
Do you guys know of any program or institution that accepts used tools that are in good condition?

Thanks.
And what if the house was foreclosed, and it is also in shambles?
"In dog beers I've only had one" is a saying found all over. Shirts, bottle openers, posters, etc. Here's a link to what Google pulls up when the saying is searched for LINK.

I understand what it is trying to imply, but the saying doesn't make mathematical sense.

The representation they are going for is 1 human year is equal to 7 dog years.

But, write that a different way, 7 dog years is equal to one human year. Then you will see that 1 dog year is 1/7 of a human year.

What this means is 1 dog beer is equal to 1/7 of a human beer. So like 1.7 oz in a 12 oz beer, or 2.28 oz in a 16 oz pint.

Let's rewrite this saying to make more sense...
