The full bill has yet to be paid.
Pacific Command announced last week their munitions stock levels were well below readiness required levels and into critical with a 2+ year replacement time.
That is/has been echoed across multiple commands.
That is going to be a hefty bill way in excess of 183 bbn. Likely 5-7 times more than that IF China doesn't take advantage.
Worst of all, it scares the shite out of our so-called allies who now know better than to be all-in with us. That cost is immeasurable.
