On Feb 1, 2017 the deputy director of Defense issued a memo regarding the hiring freeze. Attachment 1 provides for exemptions from the hiring freeze. Paragraph 9 allows for the hiring of positions providing child care to the children of military personnel.

It's just amazing how much the MSM has turned into an outright joke. I'm not even shocked anymore by their attempts to deceive the citizens of this country. It's just sad. How many in the MSM will even put out a story siting that this was a fake news story, and that whoever issued the memo stating US Army child care was being cut was sadly mistaken?
