until China steps up! USA can be zero emissions and all this glorious "zero net carbons". It doesn't matter until China Does something! Believe that! That is why all the manufacturing is over there because these environmental wackos.

You could have stopped there. It doesn't matter what China does either. If you want to really impact "climate", then all industrial nations need to cease industrialization, and go back to being an agrarian society.
So we can either advance as a civilization, or regress. No surprise that the left, also known as "regressives" want regression as a reset in attempts to "level the playing fields" that is their lives.
