You'd think in a town with 10,000 blackjack dealers, counting pieces of paper would be fairly straightforward.

Apparently they have a law that everyone in line at the polls when the polls close gets to vote, and no results can be published until all ballots are cast.

Nevada law is to release no results until all polls are closed and finished voting. That’s a good law that all States shoud adopt. It prevents voter suppression.
