HRC is competent. Joe and the Hoe are incompetent.
HRC is definitely worst in getting her agenda through. I am willing to bet, she steamrolls Manchin and Sinema, which Joe isn’t able to do.

Maybe marginally just in that world leaders might take her a little more seriously based solely on the fact that she’s not a vegetable like Biden.
But it would be easier for the media to cover for her than Biden because it’s clear to everyone he is in serious cognitive decline.

Interesting question OP.
Hillary would be a disaster as well on the foreign policy front, but I don't know if she would've been so easily controlled by the Obama Cabal that is controlling Biden. Biden is a corrupt vessel who can be exposed by the Obama Cabal and he is just signing off and obeying whatever they want to do. He is in no way making decisions, but is simply the age and dementia riddled face of the decisions.
But if all this is happening with Biden because the power of the NWO is orchestrating it, then maybe HRC would be just as willing. She has an ego like no other and wouldn't want her name run the mud as the worse president ever, as being the 1st woman POTUS.
